After subscribing, you can freely add as many design requests to your queue as you desire, and they will be delivered sequentially.
Typically, the majority of requests are finished in a mere two days or less. Nevertheless, for more intricate requests, the completion time may be extended.
It may come as a surprise, but Designwolf operates as a one-person agency. This implies that you will interact directly with me, the founder of Designwolf. Nevertheless, for power-ups requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with partner designers.
We recognize that you might not always have enough design work to occupy an entire month. You might only have one or two design requests at the moment, and that’s where pausing your subscription proves valuable.
Our billing cycles are structured around a 31-day period. For instance, if you subscribe and utilize the service for 21 days and then opt to pause your subscription, this means that the billing cycle will be temporarily halted, and you’ll have 10 days of service left to be used at your convenience in the future.

DesignWolf provides various options for requesting designs through Trello. Clients commonly make requests directly on Trello, share Google documents or wireframes, or even create a brief Loom video if they don’t want to write out their requests. In essence, if it’s something that can be linked or shared within Trello, it’s acceptable.

Certainly. Designwolf does not include the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (e.g., medical forms), intricate packaging, and extensive print design (like magazines and books) and complicated video editing.
No problem. You have the option to pause your subscription when you’re done and resume it when you have more design requirements. You don’t need to let the remaining subscription time go unused.
As the work is of exceptionally high quality, we do not provide refunds.
